The conventional wars have now taken over by the intelligence which is fought with dirty tricks and damaging tools to destroy vital abilities of enemies. The most recent warfare by Indian Raw is magnified five-fold by using similar resources.

The techniques of hybrid warfare launched by Pakistan is to include isolation of Pakistan internationally; attempt to declare Pakistan as terrorist state and sponsor of money laundering and terrorist financing. Attack on Pakistan through Cyber network and Indian RAW sponsored anti Pakistan through TV and film medium and raw sponsored books through their motivated intellectual brainwashing. Another technique is to build pressure on Eastern boarder through cold doctrine and western boarders through their co-partner NDS. Creating unrest in Baluchistan and KPK and to energize the conspiracy of breaking Pakistan as announced by the Defense Minister of India, duly endorsed by no less than the Indian Premiere.

In a not so obvious move, when elections in Gilgit Baltistan were on the brisk of happening, Pakistan’s foreign ministry in chair with the spokesperson of the Armed force, Director General Inter Services Public Relation; Major General Babar Iftikhar. The press conference took place just a day after Indian and Pakistani troops exchanged heavy firing across the Line of Control. The clashes between Pakistan and Indian authorities resulted in heavy damages which killed at least 13 soldiers and 18 civilians. Pakistan had summoned the Indian charge of the affaires on Friday over the ceasefire violations.

Pakistani officials have long claimed that India sponsors violent groups in Pakistan. These are the claims which India has always denied time to time. But Saturday’s announcement at a press conference in the capital Islamabad provided a heightened level of detail and specific accusations. The charges Pakistan authorities pressed were suppose to be aimed as much at its domestic audience as at the international community and perhaps the incoming Biden administration in the United States after the long haul controversial elections in US history.

Pakistan on Saturday claimed it has extensive evidence of an alleged Indian role in terror attacks within its territory, ranging from Baluchistan to Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa as well as in Gilgit-Baltistan in Pak Administered Kashmir. Soon after the press conference, a series of intercepted three audio recordings of unknown provenance and screen-shots of letters and claimed bank transactions were shared. The whole event was covered live on the domestic print media.

The state that used to say that it was the world’s biggest democracy and the most secular country in the world on the lines Gandhi is now becoming a rogue state through its activities being involved in terror financing and framing terrorist attacks and unrest in Pakistan. India had been planning attacks from neighboring countries, mainly from Afghanistan. Gulbhushan Yadav working captured from Baluchistan allegedly entered Pakistan from Iran. There’s a series of agents entering in Pakistan from neighboring countries. Authorities in Pakistan and intelligence reports accuse India to use Kabul and Kandhaar embassies as the epicenter of terror financing and planning terrorist attack in Pakistan.

The DGISPR claimed that an Indian intelligence official employed in Indian embassy in Kabul, whom he identified as “Colonel Rajesh”, is the mastermind of a plan to bring together the Tehreek-e-Taliban-Pakistan with Balochi militant organizations. He also displayed a letter in Dari which allegedly stated that the Indian officer had four meetings with commanders of these groups to organize terror attacks in Pakistani cities in November and December.

Pakistan has also claimed that India is trying to create an ISIS chapter in Pakistan and has relocated 30 Daesh militants from India to the Pakistan-Afghanistan border. He did not clarify what the status of Daesh’s existing Pakistani entity is. Pakistan also asserted that RAW officials were behind terror incidents like the 2016 Army Public School, University of Agriculture in Peshawar in 2017 and the attack on Pakistan stock exchange in June this year.

ISIS already has the Islamic State-Khorasan for Pakistan and India, a group which was further sub-divided into separate terror outfits for ‘Pakistan province’ and ‘India province. The DGISPR took one step further and claimed that an Indian ambassador and consular general in Jalalabad had been involved in giving financial support to TTP and dissident Baloch elements.

The DG-ISPR also showed a document which he said was the record of a meeting in India’s ministry of home affairs in September in which officials allegedly discussed methodology to trigger negative reaction in Gilgit Baltistan over granting of provincial status and taking the special provincial status from the Gilgit Baltistan, which also include fomenting violence through IED explosions and assassinations. Pakistan’s foreign minister and DG ISPR said that India’s Research & Analysis Wing (RAW) intelligence agency is operating a network of agents and training camps through its diplomatic missions in Afghanistan who were financing, training and equipping militants operating inside Pakistan.

DG ISPR also clubbed the politicization of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) with these terror allegations against India. He further added that Pakistan had evidence of how Indian diplomatic missions had sent letters to their host countries to lobby for downgrading Pakistan’s status which led to its grey-listing in June 2018.

Pakistan’s ex-Prime Minister; Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif’s advisor on foreign affairs and national security; Sartaj Aziz had handed over three dossiers to then UN secretary general Ban Ki-Moon about Indian interference in Baluchistan, FATA and Karachi. Two years later in January 2017, Pakistan’s permanent representative to UN, Maleeha Lodhi delivered another dossier which apparently had proof of Indian RAW interference in Pakistan and involvement in terrorism — particularly in Baluchistan, FATA and Karachi. The dossier had included allegations about the activities of Kulbhushan Jadhav, a former Indian naval officer, who continues to be in Pakistani custody.

There is valid amount of information and evidence on the basis of India fanning state terrorism. India prepared a plan to destabilize Pakistan right on the brisk of elections in Gilgit Baltistan. India has dismissed all such allegations, asserting that Pakistan was only trying to distract from its own record of supporting terror networks in the neighborhood. The elections in Gilgit Baltistan are a historic event in the history of GB itself and Pakistan too.
