The Akhuwat Foundation is the brainchild of Dr. Amjad Saqib, a concept that was brought to life through the establishment of a specialist microfinance organisation that provides loans without interest to the poor and worthy people. Akhuwat has devoted his life to the reduction of poverty and the empowerment of the underprivileged. Through their concerted efforts, guided by the vision of their Executive Director/CEO Mr. Amjad Saqib, they have come a long way in uplifting the poor through immense support and empathy, and in the process, they have grown to become the largest microfinance institution in Pakistan, according to their records.

A state-of-the-art laboratory facility is being constructed at the Blockchain Center of Excellence, which has been founded in Kasur. The agreement would guarantee that hardware and infrastructure are provided in accordance with internationally approved standards for blockchain technology. According to Dr. Amjad Saqib, graduates from the first of its kind excellence university established in Kasur will serve as a shining example and actual embodiment of our objective put out. When it comes to promoting graduates who are fully ready to deal with the problems presented by the paradigm shift in the technology arena, WTL’s CEO has expressed his sincere and sincere devotion to this cause.

Both CEOs, Mr. Babar Ali Syed (WTL) and Dr. Amjad Saqib (Akhuwat), have said on several occasions that they are devoted to the inculcation of current technologies, including but not limited to Blockchain initiatives, at the grass root level in their respective organisations. Their emphasis was on the demonstrated technical prowess of WMG as the driving element for the transformation of this relationship into a resounding success.
